RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the request and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

RETURN SHIPPING
